Yeastar P‑Series PBX integrates a visual call flow design tool

On July 8, 2025, in Xiamen, China, Yeastar, a global leader in unified communications, announced the release of the Call Flow Designer integrated into the P‑Series PBX. This new no-code visual tool enables users to design multi-step call flows using drag and drop. No coding is required.

The Call Flow Designer offers a wide range of configurable components, such as prompt, user input, transfer, record and developer, to create dynamic routes. For example, it can be used to design an IVR that routes calls according to the time of day, language or other criteria, route calls based on customer data from external databases, or implement password-protected workflows.

The intuitive interface offers ready-to-use templates for one-click configuration, as well as import/export functions to immediately deploy proven call flows or customize them. For PBX resellers, this is a powerful tool for applying configurations in bulk across multiple customer systems, ensuring consistent service delivery at scale.

“Call Flow Designer shows how Yeastar builds intelligent yet simple communication tools,” said Arya Zhou, Yeastar’s head of global sales. “It offers all the flexibility to customize call flows exactly as you want—powerful enough for experts, yet so simple that anyone can use it.”

This innovation is part of a 2025 roadmap that promises to integrate a first AI voice tool, enhance AI capabilities and introduce intuitive reporting tools to transform business communications.
