Yeastar, a global provider of PBX systems for SMEs, announced the launch of Yeastar Central Management (YCM) on October 21, 2021, a centralized platform designed to deliver cloud communications services and manage Yeastar devices installed on premises.
YCM enables operators to offer the P‑Series Cloud Edition, a complete suite of unified communications solutions including voice, video, meetings, call center, applications, and third-party integrations. The platform simplifies deployment and capacity expansion through a single interface and a few clicks.
The company also unveiled a turnkey solution that accelerates time to market. Fully managed on a high-availability architecture, this solution saves providers from investing in cloud servers while giving them full access to YCM to streamline their operations.
YCM offers remote control and monitoring without compromising security. Partners can remotely manage Yeastar devices deployed across multiple sites through proactive monitoring and instant alerts, and troubleshoot via secure HTTPS connections. The platform also enables shared administration with granular access, and a single dashboard displaying essential metrics and statuses.
Prince Cai, Vice President of Yeastar, said: “With strong customer demand for unified communications and cloud-based solutions, we believe Yeastar Central Management, together with the turnkey solution, will create a steady revenue stream and strengthen customer relationships for service providers around the world.” He added that YCM is a true driver of efficiency for support and maintenance.
A livestream presenting YCM in detail will take place on the Yeastar Partner Portal on October 28 at 9:00 (GMT). Participants can register for the event via the Partner Portal.
The Yeastar team supports businesses and integrators in assessing their needs, selecting an architecture, and preparing for deployment.
