On September 28, 2021, in Xiamen and Hangzhou, China, Yeastar, a global provider of PBX systems for SMEs, and Dahua Technology, a specialist in video-IoT solutions, announced an ECO collaboration on PBX-intercom integration.
This alliance aims to provide SMEs with a unified communications and access control solution. Testing and certifications demonstrated interoperability between Yeastar’s P-Series PBX system (P550, P560, P570) and Dahua intercom devices (DHI-VTO2201F-P, DHI-VTH2421FB/FW). Users can therefore manage the intercom remotely, broadcast zone announcements, and control door access from any PBX extension.
Key features include:
- Remote control of the intercom from any Yeastar extension.
- Real-time view of the person at the door via an IP‑Phone or the Linkus Web client.
- Visitor verification at entrances, parking lots and security barriers.
- Automatic redirection of intercom calls to a mobile number or the Linkus mobile client when they are unanswered.
“We are delighted to partner with Dahua to help our shared customers optimize their operations and increase their efficiency through simple deployment and comprehensive features,” said Prince Cai, vice president of Yeastar.
Peter Pan, director of Dahua’s global technology partner alliance, added: “It is wonderful to have Yeastar in our Eco Partner program. Dahua is committed to building an intelligent ecosystem with global partners and looks forward to creating joint value for customers through integrated solutions.”
The Yeastar team supports businesses and integrators in assessing their needs, selecting an architecture, and preparing for deployment.
