Yeastar, the world leader in PBX systems for SMEs, will participate in GITEX 2020, taking place from December 6 to 10, 2020, at Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC). The manufacturer will present its new P-Series, the first time this “best-ever” PBX portfolio will be exhibited in the Middle East region.
Yeastar’s booth, located in Zabeel Hall, booth Z2‑D5, will be joined by its local Gold distributor, DVCOM. The company will showcase UC (Unified Communications) solutions tailored to SMEs, capable of managing voice, mobility, presence, web applications and collaboration, to bridge the UC gap for small and medium-sized businesses.
Among the new offerings, the P-Series includes advanced call center features to improve agent efficiency and customer satisfaction. The system covers all the needs of an SME, from telephony to administration and security solutions.
