XIAMEN, CHINA – January 2, 2025 – Yeastar, a global provider of Unified Communications solutions, announced that it will participate in IT Partners 2025, held on February 5 and 6 at the La Défense Arena in Paris.
At the event, Yeastar will present its enhanced cloud phone system, designed to facilitate businesses’ digital transformation. The system, called Yeastar Cloud Phone System, integrates video conferencing, advanced call center tools, and integrations with Microsoft Teams, CRMs and PMSs. It offers centralized control, enterprise-grade security and seamless connectivity across desktop, mobile and browser.
Yeastar will also introduce its brand-new hotel management module, designed for small and medium-sized hotels. This module offers a cost-effective solution without requiring complex integrations with PMSs.
A preview version of the Outbound Call Center will be unveiled. This major update aims to optimize outbound calls, simplify operations and increase customer engagement.
The 2025 roadmap includes the adoption of AI-driven advances and other innovative features to improve business communications. Yeastar Central Management (YCM) has received several updates, making it easier to manage P‑Series deployments, whether appliance-, software- or cloud-based, from a centralized platform. YCM also enables partners to customize PBX solutions with the White‑Label option.
