Yeastar launches a cloud call center solution with QueueMetrics Live

Yeastar, a designer and manufacturer of IP telecommunications devices, announced on 16 November 2015 a collaboration with QueueMetrics Live, call center reporting and monitoring software based on Asterisk.

This integration enables MyPBX users to deploy a cloud call center without installing additional software. MyPBX already offers a range of professional telephony features (IVR, auto attendant, queues, detailed reports, routing, conferences) on a user-friendly platform with no license fees.

QueueMetrics Live provides advanced reporting, queue management, call tracking and activity monitoring capabilities, as well as configurable security and privacy. The software is provided as SaaS, enhancing the solution’s flexibility and scalability.

“SaaS is becoming increasingly popular. MyPBX offers enterprise-grade telephony features, while QueueMetrics Live is delivered through the cloud. The combination of MyPBX and QueueMetrics Live provides our customers with a reliable and highly customizable cloud call center solution, with sophisticated features,” said Jason Chan, Yeastar’s product manager.

“We are very pleased that combining MyPBX and QueueMetrics Live now makes it possible to build fully functional appliance-based call centers. This has a significant impact, as many customers want to use appliances to manage small in-house call centers, but this market was difficult to reach without a modern cloud solution offering good features at a reasonable price. Yeastar customers can now benefit from state-of-the-art analytics and reporting,” added Lorenzo Emilitri, founder of Loway.

Founded in 2004, Loway develops reliable and customizable call center solutions for Asterisk. QueueMetrics is a highly scalable monitoring and reporting suite that sets new performance measurement standards for Asterisk-based call centers, embodying Swiss precision for continuous performance improvement.

The Yeastar team supports businesses and integrators in assessing their needs, selecting an architecture, and preparing for deployment.
