P‑Series V22.3 Final: Advanced CDR, Dark Mode, and New Features

The final V22.3 version of the P‑Series PBX is now available following an extensive Alpha and Beta phase. This update brings key features such as advanced CDR with a timeline, dark mode for all PBX clients, and various technical optimizations. Administrators can now benefit from better visibility into every call, a more comfortable user experience, and new connectivity options.

Final update V22.3

This version has been validated after intensive testing and is ready for production. It introduces several major improvements, including advanced CDR, dark mode, Linkus SIP bypass, and additional optimizations.

What’s new: Advanced CDR and call timeline

Advanced CDR replaces the fragmented model with a single record per call, simplifying analysis. The detailed view includes audio recordings, text timelines, duration breakdowns, and call notes, enabling quick identification of issues and optimization of communication strategies.

PBX dark mode

Dark mode is now available across all PBX clients, including the management portal, Linkus Desktop/Web clients, Chrome extension, and Microsoft Teams and Dynamics 365 integrations. This improvement is designed to reduce eye strain and provide a more pleasant experience.

Bypassing Linkus SIP blocking

The Linkus mobile client uses secure Tunnel technology to avoid SIP restrictions, ensuring stable, high-quality calls despite limitations imposed by operators.

Additional optimizations

The update extends the remote call archiving format (.wav and .mp3), improves virtual fax compatibility with IXICA, expands SMS integrations, simplifies Fanvil phone configuration via AutoP, and makes DOD switching via BLF more intuitive.

Newly supported phone models

From December 4 through January 29, the list of compatible phones includes Grandstream HT801‑HT818 models, Gigaset N510 IP PRO, as well as more than 500 other IP phones via the auto-provisioning list.

Resources and configuration guides

Detailed guides are available for advanced CDR and dark mode. Administrators can update the firmware via the management portal or start a 30-day free trial.
