XIAMEN, CHINA – 7 January 2026 – Yeastar, a global leader in Unified Communications solutions, announces its participation in IT Partners 2026, taking place on 4 and 5 February at Paris La Défense Arena.
At the event, Yeastar will present its latest P‑Series innovations, designed to meet the needs of the channel market: faster delivery, simplified operations at scale, and AI capabilities that help teams turn calls into outcomes with less manual effort.
IT Partners 2026, France’s leading gathering for the IT & Tech channel ecosystem, will bring together more than 280 exhibitors and over 9 000 professionals from the IT, telecom, cloud, AI, cybersecurity and collaboration sectors, providing a dynamic setting for solution discovery, networking and business meetings.
In Paris, Yeastar will put execution at the heart of its demonstrations, reflecting the growing priorities of channel partners in 2026. Rather than focusing on feature variety, the company will show how communication workflows can be designed and adjusted more efficiently, how integrations can be delivered in a more standardized way, and how cloud operations can be managed with greater consistency and control, supporting faster delivery and smoother service execution.
Event highlights:
- “Easy-first” UC workflows: a demonstration of the rapid design and refinement of call journeys with Call Flow Designer, supported by experience upgrades that improve everyday call handling without operational complexity.
- Cloud deployments managed through Yeastar Central Management (YCM): showcasing standardized service delivery with flexible trunk sharing and centralized governance.
- On-premises preview of the SBC roadmap: addressing partner needs for tighter back-end control.
- Practical AI for everyday productivity: demonstrating AI that turns calls into usable outputs, including Text‑to‑Speech for quickly creating prompts, and voicemail and call transcription for faster review.
- On-premises preview of AI Receptionist: highlighting Yeastar’s forward-looking roadmap for AI-assisted call handling.
“IT Partners is where scalability meets reality for the channel,” says Arya Zhou, Head of Global Sales at Yeastar. “This year, Yeastar is bringing an experience focused more on execution—automating workflows, centralizing operations and using AI to produce usable outputs—so partners can deploy faster, manage more easily and help customers gain measurable value from their everyday communications.”
Yeastar experts, along with distributors Alliance‑Com, Allnet France and DSI, will be on site. Yeastar will also hold an on-site prize draw, giving visitors the chance to win selected gifts, including a P520 Enterprise annual plan, a 3-month trial of P‑Series Cloud Edition, as well as Yeastar merchandise and panda-themed gifts inspired by Chinese culture and traditions.
