The P‑Series March 2025 firmware brings a series of features designed to optimize the productivity of sales and support teams. With flexible CRM integration, real-time note-taking, and Teams presence improvements, these new features aim to simplify workflows and boost call center efficiency.
CRM integration template
Yeastar now offers a CRM integration template that makes it easy to connect local or specialized systems via a REST interface. Administrators can download, update, or create custom templates, including logos, user associations, and functions such as call logging or automatic contact synchronization.
Integration template types
Users have two options: a default template containing all pre-developed integrations, and a custom template for unlisted CRMs. Both can be imported or exported via a single interface, making multi-PBX management easier.
Link a CRM account to multiple extensions
A CRM account can now be linked to multiple extensions, enabling employees to share it. This approach reduces costs and is ideal for SMBs.
Real-time search and synchronization
Each call triggers an instant CRM search, displaying updated information in the call window and synchronizing contacts with the PBX directory. This feature is available from the UC Linkus client and can be enabled for all real-time queries.
Improved call pop-up
Users can now choose to manually open a caller's CRM profile in a dedicated tab. A “+” button lets them quickly create a new contact if the caller is unknown, automatically adding the number and name to the CRM.
Configure the pop-up by extension
Each extension can specify which client (Desktop or Web) triggers the pop-up, preventing duplicates when a user is signed in to multiple interfaces simultaneously.
Call notes
This feature lets users add tags and notes during or after a call, making it easier to track and analyze interactions. Notes are automatically saved in the logs and the CDR.
Improved Teams synchronization
The Microsoft 365 connection is reauthorized to synchronize Teams statuses (On a call, In a meeting, Presenting) with the PBX. Real-time updates are visible on all Linkus clients.
Split DNS
This feature allows internal and external networks to use separate DNS servers for the same domain, improving the speed and security of PBX connections for hybrid teams.
LDAP synchronization
P‑Series now integrates LDAP to provide real-time contact information and automate call routing, complementing the already popular Microsoft SQL solution.
Enhanced phone auto-provisioning
Phone auto-provisioning templates now include Yealink password configuration, IPUI activation for DECT, and BLF for NEC phones.
Additional optimizations
OPUS codec support, chat file storage on external devices, and the ability to change an agent's status for a specific queue.
The Yeastar team supports businesses and integrators in assessing their needs, selecting an architecture, and preparing for deployment.
