Yeastar P-Series Firmware Updates – November 2024

Yeastar released the latest P-Series update in November 2024, bringing major improvements for everyday users and distributors. With new messaging options, auto answer, white-label support, and YCM tools, this version makes PBX systems easier to manage, secure, and customize.

“Announcement Only” Messaging

The new “Deny Leaving Messages” feature lets you end the call immediately after the announcement, ideal for broadcasting closure or emergency announcements without allowing callers to leave a message.

Automatic Answer for Calls, Paging, and Intercom

Linkus clients (Web, Desktop, Mobile) can now automatically answer incoming calls, accelerating mass notifications in buildings or organizations.

Shared wrap-up time across queues

Agents assigned to multiple queues synchronize their break after each call, improving transitions between customers while staying in the same queue.

Daily optimizations

Wait time management, optimized outbound number selection, TAPI synchronization, and improved queue management. These adjustments enhance the overall user experience.

YCM Task management for PSE and PAE

The YCM Task module now supports Software and Appliance PBXs, making it possible to schedule provisioning, updates, backups, and restores in just a few clicks. Detailed logs and a centralized file repository simplify maintenance.

Passwordless login for remote management

Distributors can access PBXs without managing passwords, using an encrypted temporary web link, accelerating technical support while strengthening security.

White-label support for PSE

YCM now offers a white-label model for P-Series Software, allowing customization of the logo, name, login page, welcome messages, email signatures, and privacy agreements.
