Yeastar, a manufacturer of VoIP PBX systems, and VTech Communications, a global leader in SIP phones, announced a strategic partnership on April 18, 2018, in Xiamen, China, and Dallas, United States, aimed at improving the interoperability of existing products.
The partnership is built on joint investments to ensure compatibility between VTech phones and Yeastar S‑Series PBXs. Shared customers already benefit from the ease of auto-provisioning VTech phones with Yeastar PBXs.
The two companies aim to expand this collaboration by integrating the plug-and-play functionality of new VTech SIP phones into Yeastar’s Cloud PBX, meeting the growing demand for SIP communication solutions.
“We are delighted to bring our SIP phones and conference phones to Yeastar customers,” said Ernie Levenson, president of VTech Communications. “Our partnership will help businesses of all sizes communicate better with their customers and colleagues through color displays and state-of-the-art VoIP signaling.”
Yeastar CEO Alan Shen added: “VTech is a valued partner.” He emphasized the excitement of strengthening the collaboration, anticipating growth for both companies through innovative solutions and an improved customer experience.
The partnership strengthens Yeastar’s position in the SMB market and leverages VTech’s strong presence in SIP phones, creating a more comprehensive offering for businesses seeking integrated telephony solutions.
The Yeastar team supports businesses and integrators in assessing their needs, selecting an architecture, and preparing for deployment.
