Yeastar and VoipVoice enter into partnership after interoperability test

On 2 October 2018, Yeastar, a manufacturer of cloud and on-premises VoIP PBX systems, and VoipVoice, Italy’s leading business-focused VoIP telephony provider, announced an ITSP partnership following a successful interoperability test.

The test, conducted in Xiamen, China, and Dallas, United States, confirmed full compatibility of the S-Series PBX systems and Yeastar Cloud PBX with VoipVoice services, including voicemail, number masking, call backup and other functions.

Alan Shen, CEO of Yeastar, said: “This success ensures that VoipVoice services, such as activating conversation channels, are now available to users of our products. We look forward to other Internet telephony providers testing interoperability with us.”

VoipVoice, which now has approximately 6,000 customers and more than 550 resellers in Italy, joins Yeastar’s ITSP Partner Program. The partnership aims to offer SMEs reliable and cost-effective communication solutions while strengthening Yeastar’s presence in the Italian market.

Both companies emphasize that they share a common vision of providing high-quality telecommunications solutions and hope this partnership will pave the way for future international collaborations.

The Yeastar team supports businesses and integrators in assessing their needs, selecting an architecture, and preparing for deployment.
