Yeastar unveils its new P‑Series PBX system at a virtual event

Yeastar, the world’s leading provider of PBX systems for SMEs, announced that it will unveil its new product, the P‑Series PBX System, at a virtual launch event on Tuesday, October 27 at 17h00 GMT+8. The event will include detailed product demonstrations and a live Q&A session.

The P‑Series PBX System is presented as a major evolution in Yeastar’s portfolio, integrating voice, mobility, presence, call center, web application and collaboration to offer a “PBX‑Plus‑More” experience. It targets SMEs that require advanced features, simplified management, increased productivity and stronger customer satisfaction.

The launch will be streamed across several platforms: Yeastar’s website, the company’s YouTube channel and other streaming channels. Before the official launch, Yeastar released a teaser video showcasing some of the P‑Series’ key features.

Alan Shen, Yeastar’s general manager, said: “We are very excited to launch the P‑Series PBX System and our first live event. With digital transformation and the new normal of remote work, SMEs’ expectations of their PBX systems are rising. They are looking for more than just telephony: they also want user experience, ease of management, productivity and customer satisfaction. That is why we are launching the P‑Series, to better meet the dynamic needs of SMEs.”

The P‑Series PBX System entered beta in September and received a positive response from more than 400 experienced beta customers. It will become generally available after the October 27 event is streamed.

The Yeastar team supports businesses and integrators in assessing their needs, selecting an architecture, and preparing for deployment.
