Yeastar, a global provider of Unified Communications solutions, announced on 15 December 2021 the signing of a distribution partnership with the Alliance‑Com network, a leading French distributor of telecommunications and enterprise networking solutions.
The agreement aims to offer French customers a complete portfolio of UC&C solutions, including UCaaS opportunities for SMBs. The two companies aim to remove barriers to a connected and collaborative work environment while strengthening the momentum of the VoIP industry in France.
Among the featured products is Yeastar’s P‑Series PBX System, which brings together VoIP, video conferencing, instant messaging, and an integrated call center, and is available as a cloud service, software, or appliance. The S‑Series VoIP PBX, meanwhile, is an entry-level PBX system for SMBs, offering numerous calling features and integrations, with a modular design that can evolve with business needs.
“Yeastar has always sought to offer the right technologies to help its customers succeed,” said Prince Cai, Vice President of Yeastar. He added that the partnership with Alliance‑Com, which has a strong presence in the French market, would unlock the potential of UC&C, open up new revenue opportunities, and build a recurring business model.
“For nearly 30 years, Alliance‑Com has offered its integrators innovative and economically sustainable technology solutions to effectively meet the needs of the French market,” said an Alliance‑Com spokesperson. The spokesperson noted that this partnership would help its partners accelerate the digitalization of French businesses.
Founded in 1992, Alliance‑Com now has 180 employees across 12 branches throughout France and is a major distributor of telecommunications, video conferencing, video surveillance, cabling, and enterprise networking solutions.
The Yeastar team supports businesses and integrators in assessing their needs, selecting an architecture, and preparing for deployment.
