Yeastar, a provider of Unified Communications solutions, announced an expanded collaboration with Australian distributor CommsPlus Distribution on August 4, 2025.
Under this new agreement, CommsPlus will take on a more strategic role as a value-added distributor for Yeastar’s Cloud UC and Hosted PBX solutions. The aim is to enable the partner network to better address customers’ evolving needs in an increasingly digital environment.
Arya Zhou, Head of Global Sales at Yeastar, noted that the collaboration would help “serve local partners and end users more effectively” through CommsPlus’s regional experience and technical expertise. Paul Bailye, Managing Director of CommsPlus, added that adding Yeastar’s cloud solutions to its portfolio “fits perfectly with CommsPlus’s market strategy and its commitment to delivering innovative and cost-effective solutions to SMEs.”
The partnership update reflects both parties’ confidence in the greater impact they can achieve through better coordination on product delivery, partner training, and customer support. It comes as the market increasingly shifts toward cloud-first communications.
A recognized player in Australia’s Unified Communications channel, CommsPlus already provides collaboration and communications solutions to resellers, CSPs, MSPs, and service providers, with a focus on customer success.
The two companies are counting on this alliance to expand their reach and deliver solutions tailored to the changing needs of small and medium-sized businesses in the region.
