On August 31, 2016, Yeastar announced that its new S‑Series PBX for small and medium-sized businesses now supports auto-provisioning for Snom VoIP phones. Snom phones have been fully tested for interoperability with the S‑Series, enabling users to save time with a simple and seamless configuration process.
Through automatic detection of Snom phones on an IP network, the S‑Series PBX can install a Yeastar-Snom combined system in minutes. The built-in plug-and-play provisioning feature lets each phone configure itself automatically by retrieving the necessary files.
The S‑Series PBX also features an intuitive user interface that simplifies mass deployments, firmware updates, and ongoing system management from a centralized control center accessible remotely.
“We are delighted to strengthen our partnership with Snom by adding auto-provisioning functionality between the new S‑Series PBX and the Snom phone range,” said Alan Shen, CEO of Yeastar. “We strive to provide our customers with flexible unified communications solutions, and being a PBX partner with Snom gives them even more options to meet their business needs.”
Tommy Lee, president of Snom, Inc., added: “Snom is pleased to work with the Yeastar team to offer an easy-to-deploy IP telephony solution to our global partners. With our worldwide launch of the D3x5 phones, this combination delivers superior voice quality and the European style and performance business customers expect.”
The Yeastar team supports businesses and integrators in assessing their needs, selecting an architecture, and preparing for deployment.
