The fifth edition saw a record level of participation, highlighting outstanding performance in two main categories: Hosting Partner 2025 and Customer Success Excellence.
In the “Hosting Partner 2025” category, 4Voice (United States) was recognized for acquiring more than 50 new customers and retaining more than 20 in 2025, including a migration of 350 extensions from Cisco with no downtime. Better (United Kingdom) was praised for expanding its portfolio to more than 1,000 SMEs in two years, reducing deployment time by 40 % and increasing customer value by 30 % year over year. FirstNet Technology Services (South Africa) expanded its deployments to four ISO-certified data centers, achieving 99.99 % availability and improving operational efficiency by 25 % through P‑Series solutions and the Yeastar Central Management (YCM) platform.
The “Customer Success Excellence” category recognized several initiatives. 1TeamCloud used the P‑Series PBX to help Sicoob, Brazil’s largest credit cooperative, streamline communication across 420 sites, facilitating management and the rapid implementation of features. MCP‑EDV migrated Interquell, Germany’s leading pet food manufacturer, from a discontinued Mitel system to P‑Series Software Edition with Hot Standby and Disaster Recovery, strengthening reliability and collaborative efficiency. PNTS migrated P+HS Architects from 3CX to the P‑Series PBX across four UK offices overnight, reducing costs and improving flexibility through Linkus UC clients. Test Teknoloji modernized communications for the Wyndham Grand hotel and Decathlon Turkey, improving call quality and mobility through Linkus UC clients and the secure Remote Access Service (RAS).
The “Solution Advocate Distributor 2025” award was presented to Alliance‑Com and Michael Telecom AG, two distributors that demonstrated broad impact and outstanding support in promoting Yeastar solutions and engaging partners worldwide.
