On March 17, 2022, in Xiamen, China, Yeastar announced a livestream titled “Yeastar Workplace, Delivered” on March 24, 2022, at 9:00 GMT. The event provided an in-depth presentation of the Yeastar Workplace workspace scheduling solution.
Yeastar Workplace is an integrated platform combining cloud services, interactive digital signage panels, smart IoT devices and third-party integrations. It offers online and on-site bookings, appointment scheduling from calendar apps, sensor-based detection, automatic release of empty rooms, centralized management and usage analytics.
The livestream covered several topics: common frustrations with meeting rooms, how Yeastar Workplace differs from competing solutions, a live unboxing of the entire suite, tips for creating an on-site collaborative experience, and a preview of the future roadmap beyond simple room booking.
