Prince Cai named CRN Channel Chief 2022

On June 2, 2022, Yeastar announced that Prince Cai, vice president, had been named one of the CRN Channel Chiefs 2022 by CRN, a brand of The Channel Company.

CRN, which publishes a list of IT channel leaders every year, selected Prince Cai for his expertise, influence and innovation in channel leadership. CRN’s editorial panel highlighted his commitment to the channel, his standing in the industry and his achievements as a channel advocate.

As vice president, Prince Cai oversees sales, marketing and product operations at Yeastar. Under his leadership, the company now has more than 5 000 partners worldwide and serves more than 350 000 customers.

Over the past year, he introduced a profitable subscription model and diversified the product portfolio. Partners were able to benefit from subscription licenses for the P‑Series Appliance Edition to generate recurring revenue and increase customer loyalty. They also adopted Cloud technology and the « as‑a‑service » model by marketing the P‑Series Cloud Edition and Yeastar’s UCaaS solution.

In addition, partners were able to enter the promising Digital Workplace market by offering Yeastar’s new Workplace solution, which includes a meeting room booking system and a 5G CPE.

“It is a great honor to be recognized by CRN. This is the first time I have been named Channel Chief. I will continue working to maximize our partners’ profitability,” said Prince Cai. He added: “I thank our partners for their trust, and I am proud of my team, which made this growth and success for our partners possible.”

Blaine Raddon, CEO of The Channel Company, commented: “The CRN Channel Chiefs 2022 recognition honors channel leaders who design, promote and execute effective programs and strategies. We are delighted to recognize the hard work and unwavering commitment of these honorees to driving innovation and strengthening partner programs.”
