Yeastar and Patton Combine MyPBX and SmartNode Technologies

On July 16, 2013, Yeastar, a manufacturer of communications solutions for SMEs, announced a strategic partnership with Patton Electronics, a specialist in network access and connectivity equipment.

As part of this collaboration, Yeastar’s MyPBX series is fully compatible with all Patton SmartNode gateway models. These gateways integrate IP voice and TDM telephony for enterprise and carrier networks.

This interoperability allows users of both companies to benefit from the scalability of SmartNode, which offers a variety of analog and digital telephone interfaces, as well as MyPBX’s rich telephony features and communications reliability.

Founded in 1984, Patton specializes in interconnecting legacy TDM and serial systems with next-generation IP technologies, while Yeastar remains committed to improving customers’ communications experience by expanding product compatibility.

This announcement underscores the two companies’ shared goal of providing more flexible and integrated solutions to businesses seeking to combine legacy infrastructure with modern VoIP services.

The Yeastar team supports businesses and integrators in assessing their needs, choosing an architecture, and preparing deployment.
