Yeastar, a manufacturer of cloud and on-premises VoIP PBX systems, announced on 31 January 2019 that it had joined the Internet Telephony Service Providers’ Association (ITSPA) as an associate member.
Founded in 2004, ITSPA now brings together more than 100 companies, from network operators to resellers, that provide VoIP voice services and other “over the top” applications such as instant messaging and video. Yeastar, which has offered VoIP solutions since 2006, joined to increase brand visibility in the UK and encourage exchanges with other industry players.
“Welcome to ITSPA,” said Eli Katz, ITSPA’s chairman, noting that the association now has more than 100 companies and represents the majority of the market. Alan Shen, Yeastar’s CEO, added that membership would enable the company to consolidate its position in the UK market and contribute to the association’s initiatives.
As part of its integration, Yeastar immediately sponsored the ITSPA Awards 2019, particularly the “Best Multi‑national Solution” category. The award will be presented on 1 May 2019 in London.
Yeastar has more than 100,000 customers worldwide and offers cloud and on-premises VoIP PBXs as well as VoIP gateways for SMEs. The company is recognized for its flexible, cost-effective, high-performance solutions and has a global partner network.
The Yeastar team supports businesses and integrators in assessing their needs, selecting an architecture, and preparing for deployment.
