Yeastar launches MyPBX Client, a PC-IP Phone extension

On May 9, 2013, Yeastar announced the release of MyPBX Client, an application for MyPBX users. The tool lets users connect a PC to IP phones and perform various operations.

Among its key features, MyPBX Client provides a visual display of extension presence, so users can instantly see whether a colleague is online and available. Users can create, end, and transfer calls directly from the client.

Instant messaging is integrated: users can send and receive messages, start group chats, send SMS messages to mobile phones, and view chat history. The client also manages the contact list, with options to add, edit, delete, group, and verify contacts.

A single click is enough to call a contact or extension, and the caller’s information appears immediately. A call pop-up displays the caller’s number details as soon as the call begins.

Users can listen to and manage their voicemail directly in the application. A user-friendly interface lets them start conferences in just a few clicks.

MyPBX Client also offers call scheduling (“call task”): users can schedule a call to a specific number at a set time, either as a reminder or as a direct call.

The complete history of incoming and outgoing calls, including missed calls, is displayed with the time and duration. Users can view the call history for a specific contact.

Finally, the application runs entirely on Windows operating systems, ensuring broad compatibility for businesses.

The Yeastar team supports businesses and integrators in assessing their needs, selecting an architecture, and preparing for deployment.
