Yeastar, a designer and manufacturer of IP telecommunications solutions, announced on January 14, 2015, a partnership with cHar, a specialist in IT management solutions for the hotel industry.
This collaboration makes Yeastar’s MyPBX series compatible with cHar, middleware designed to integrate PBXs with hotel management systems (PMS). The partnership targets hotels of all sizes.
“We are very pleased to partner with cHar—the company that has the middleware to integrate PBX and PMS is exactly what we need,” said Jason Chen, product manager at Yeastar. He added: “It’s a win-win partnership. Our customers appreciate how easy our products are to use and manage, and cHar is highly valued by hotels thanks to its high compatibility with more than 100 PMS. Together, Yeastar and cHar are a perfect combination.”
Manuel Bernabéu, sales director at cHar, recalled that the first MyPBX installations began in October and were successful, describing the solution as highly appealing to hotels where value for money is essential. He expressed the hope of expanding the relationship with Yeastar worldwide to offer the MyPBX + cHar solution.
Founded in 1996, cHar is recognized for its call accounting and systems integration solutions in the hospitality industry, with more than 40 000 users in Spain and elsewhere. Yeastar specializes in IP PBXs and VoIP gateways, and is committed to providing next-generation technologies to businesses.
The Yeastar team supports businesses and integrators in assessing their needs, selecting an architecture, and preparing for deployment.
