
On 14 October 2019, Chinese company Yeastar announced that its S300 VoIP PBX had won third place in the « PBXs for large enterprises » category of the Reader’s Choice ICT Product of the Year 2019 competition organized by German magazine Funkschau. The vote, collected from more than 15 000 readers, placed Yeastar behind 11 other products.
This distinction is Yeastar’s first German award, highlighting the quality and reliability of its solutions among German-speaking customers. Designed for large enterprises, the S300 supports 300 base users and can be expanded to up to 500 users.
Key features highlighted include:
- a flexible modular design that enables future scalability;
- the Linkus Unified Communications app, which allows users to make and receive VoIP calls from anywhere;
- fast auto-provisioning of IP phones, compatible with Yealink, Snom, Cisco, etc.;
- dedicated applications (Hotel App, Billing App, Conference Panel, etc.);
- Deutsche Telekom certification and compliance with numerous global SIP/ITSP trunks;
- All‑IP capability to facilitate migration from analog infrastructure;
- multisite connectivity, centralizing the phone system for employees distributed across multiple sites.
