On March 18, 2019, in Xiamen (China) and Jakarta (Indonesia), Yeastar and PT. Supranusa Sindata announced the successful completion of interoperability tests between Yeastar’s S‑Series VoIP PBX and Supranusa Sindata’s Visual Hotel Program (VHP) PMS.
The S‑Series PBX, designed for SMEs, supports up to 500 users and offers PSTN, E1/T1/PRI, BRI, GSM/3G/4G, and VoIP connectivity. It includes unified communications features through the Linkus UC softphone, a dual-PBX hot-standby mode, and APIs for easy integration.
VHP is a modular PMS covering Front Office, Point of Sales, Back Office (accounting), MICE, Channel Manager, and Booking Engine. It is integrated with more than 100 third-party solutions (IP‑PBX, locking systems, IP‑TV, revenue management systems, online distribution, etc.) and serves more than 1,500 hotel customers.
“There is a positive impact on the hotel industry when a PBX system can be integrated with a PMS to simplify operations and deliver exceptional service,” said Alan Shen, CEO of Yeastar. “VHP is one of the leading hotel management systems in the Indonesian market, and we are delighted that our PBX works perfectly with it. The S‑Series’ capacity to support up to 500 users with a full redundancy option, along with its hotel-specific features, makes it, together with VHP, a complete and ideal solution for hotels.”
Dipl.-Ing. Christian Yie, business development director at PT. Supranusa Sindata, added: “Integrating with third-party solutions is one of our priorities in making VHP a universal platform that delivers greater customer satisfaction. We are delighted with our collaboration with Yeastar S‑Series, which will bring hoteliers a new and profitable experience.”
The Yeastar team supports businesses and integrators in assessing their needs, selecting an architecture, and preparing for deployment.
