Yeastar has launched the May 2025 update for its P‑Series phone system, bringing major features to improve productivity and communications management. P‑Series May 2025 Update

This update introduces Dynamics 365 CRM integration, Google SSO, an improved queue dashboard, dark mode for Linkus Mobile, new supported call models, and several other optimizations.

Dynamics 365 CRM integration

Fast Google user synchronization

The P‑Series supports more than 450 IP call models, including GrandStream, Yealink, Snom, Cisco, Alcatel‑Lucent, Fanvil, and others.

Additional optimizations

Addition of the Apidaze SMS channel, an increase in personal contacts to 3 000, granular call report controls, and support for new channels.

CRM Integration: Microsoft Dynamics 365

The Dynamics 365 integration offers screen pop-ups, real-time queries, and contact synchronization, while introducing the Linkus plugin for Dynamics 365, which embeds a lightweight softphone directly in the CRM. No download is required; the extension appears automatically for authorized users.

Linkus Features for Dynamics 365

Answer or place calls from Dynamics 365, automatically associate calls with contacts, create calls with one click, add new contacts instantly, and enjoy advanced softphone features. Passwordless login is available on Desktop/Web clients.

Google SSO Integration

Businesses using Google Workspace benefit from single sign-on (SSO), which simplifies account management and enhances security. Users sign in to Linkus clients with their Google credentials, without an additional password.

Fast Google user synchronization

PBX extensions automatically sync with Google directories, including selected groups or OUs. Any profile change in Google is instantly reflected on the PBX, speeding up onboarding for new users.

Enhanced Queue Panel

Create up to 20 custom queue groups to track aggregated performance. Each group can be named, assigned an SLA, and displayed in real time in the queue panel, making resource management easier for managers and agents.

Dark Mode for the Linkus Mobile Client

The Linkus mobile client now lets you manually choose dark or light mode, even if the phone does not support it. The feature is available on Android 10+ and iOS 13+.
