Yeastar expands the user capacity of the MyPBX U300 and U5 series

Yeastar, a manufacturer of IP telecommunications solutions, announced on 15 April 2014 a firmware update that increases the user capacity of the MyPBX U300 and U5 systems.

The MyPBX U300 series, equipped with an onboard PRI port (E1/T1/J1) that can support up to 30 lines and two FXS ports, can now accommodate up to 300 users and handle 50 concurrent calls. The device remains compatible as a gateway to legacy PBXs.

The MyPBX U5 models (U500, U510, U520) are designed for businesses requiring up to 500 users and up to 80 concurrent calls. They have 16 telephony ports (FXO, FXS, GSM, UMTS, ISDN BRI) that allow VoIP and traditional lines to be combined, providing scalability, high availability, cost savings and simplified maintenance.

The Yeastar team supports businesses and integrators in assessing their needs, choosing an architecture and preparing deployment.
