On August 14, 2013, Yeastar announced the official release of a new firmware version for the MyPBX Enterprise, U300 and U5 models, enabling the use of add-on modules.
Available modules:
- Call recording: automatically captures all incoming and outgoing conversations, saves them to a specified folder and stores them on a USB device.
- MyPBX client: an application synchronized with the system that allows users to check extension status, manage contacts, voicemail messages and call reports, use click-to-call and access the pop-up window.
- Billing system: extension billing and top-ups, support for prepaid and postpaid plans, rate configuration by extension, period, call duration, prefix and number length, real-time top-up history, call logs and statistics.
- Hotel module: designed for small and medium-sized hotels, it offers management of room status and reservations, check-in, check-out, wake-up calls, “Do Not Disturb” mode, minibar and billing reports.
These additions, already popular on the MyPBX U100 and U200 models, expand the functional capabilities of the new models and give businesses greater flexibility to meet their specific needs.
